Give one private guided day, with the activity category and participant allowance agreed before purchase. The route and location are then planned with the recipient.

Important information

The outdoor plan is always adapted to the recipient and the conditions, while keeping the gift straightforward to understand.

Validity and booking

Vouchers are normally valid for 24 months from issue. The recipient must contact Cynefin Quest before the printed expiry date, and early booking is encouraged.

Availability and suitability

A voucher does not guarantee a particular date, route, summit or venue. Plans depend on availability, participant needs, weather, ground conditions and professional judgement.

Unused credit and cash exchange

Unused Gift Credit remains against the voucher code until expiry. Vouchers are not normally exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires a refund or another remedy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in the voucher arrangements removes statutory cancellation rights or other remedies that apply under consumer law.

The full terms apply to purchase and redemption and will also be supplied with the issued voucher. They do not replace the booking terms for the activity eventually arranged.
